FOCUS. Bureau of Alcohol and Substance Abuse
The second publication of FOCUS was produced by the then newly created Bureau of Alcohol and Substance Abuse and began publication in June of 1979.
"We trust this cycle of FOCUS will serve the informational needs of the many facets of the Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Field in the State of Washington. As a newsletter, it lives on news contributions.
